Not willing to assist

I have been applying for an account card with Woolworths for a while now and I am constantly being declined so I would like to know exactly why is it the case. There is nothing wrong with my credit rating I fact all my accounts are up to date and I’m not asking for a substantial limit so could someone kindly advise because this is really a poor service
