Not what I expected from WW!!

I app**** for a store card online and went to pick it up at Sandton City WW. After a 45 minute wait and an *********** sales rep I was told that the printer is broken and I received a temporary card and was told head office will contact me. Three weeks has passed now and have heard nothing so I went back to Sandton City WW two days ago and was told the card will take 8 weeks! 8 weeks compared to something that should happen instantly due to THEIR machines being faulty, Not what I expected from WW!!!
