Not the first time, online Shopping

I am located in Johannesburg and for mothers day or birthdays i like to order something online and have it delivered for my mom. <br> <br> On monday woolworths delivered flowers for my mom, i use woolworths becuase i expect great quality, when the flowers were delivered my mother noticed that some of them have already started wilting and look old, the expiery day was for the same day it was delivered. 11 May 2015. THis is unacceptable. My mother contacted woolworths and they said they would replace it the next day. they didnt, then she had to phone after them and ask where it is, and they said it would come the next day,it didnt, then she phoned again to find out what was going on and they said that they had not yet received those kind of flowers again. i mean can they not pick up the phone and explain the situation, looks like they simply just dont care, very dissapointed in Woolworths, Woolworths lack great quality and even basic service.<br> <br> The best part is, that this is not the first time!! I have before ordered something and they delivered poor quality. Basically i am fed up and will never order from Woolworths again.
