Not taking customers serious

Good day<br> <br> I have send an email to woolworths, i wanted to know why every time when we buy they swipe our cards saying is for points but if you ask cashiers how the points works or how to check them they know nothing. i am concern that woolworths is training its people , so how these people handle customers if they do not have enough information. Please regional manager explain this issue of points.<br> <br> regards
