Not recommended!

I made a purchase on 30 April after a few days I noticed my order was showing as delivered even though it wasn't.

I eventually had to contact woolworths to find out whats happening and was told the courier could not get hold of me and they want to do a refund.

I agreed and well yeah from there this circus just escalated.

Up to now no refund even though they claim they did it on the 8th of May, I even had to send them an actual bank statement but nothing still.

Are you this *********** or you just dont care ?
