Not impressed with Woolworths anymore!!!

I am really disappointed in Woolworths. I use to love shopping there until recently where they changed their policies and you can not exchange any items anymore you can only get a refund and buy again, not everyone is rich and can buy stuff again. Some people can only do an exchange. But Woolworths is not thinking because by doing it this way they are losing money, because I'm getting my money back and not spending it there and they are losing the money that I would have used to buy something else. If they did an exchange they would still have money, but with the way they are doing it now they are losing money.
