Not impressed at all

On Sunday morning I had the misfortune of dealing with the rudest cashier ever. Noxolo from Woolworths Rosebank needs to be taught how to communicate and she needs to realise that she is not forced to be a cashier. if she does not like what she is doing she should leave and let someone capable do the job. She sat at her open till not calling or alerting any customers that her till was open, I greeted her twice and she did not answer, she did not offer me any packets and rushed to grab my basket as if I had inconvenienced her by walking up to her till. As someone who spends over R10 000 a month CASH at Woolowrths I do not have to put up with this arrogance. I could easily go to Pick n Pay. she spoke over me to the next cashier during my entire transaction and did not even acknowledge me once. I am highly annoyed that your staff are allowed to treat customers in this way. I will not be back to Rosebank Woolworths again. If i want that kind of service I wil visit my local Superette on the corner!! Disgusted!!
