Not Happy with Woolworths Services

I opened my account in December 2023 and I still haven't received my card. I've requested for it to be delivered to Woolworths 'Kolonnade (Montana) and every time I go there they say the don't have it yet. I cant even use my virtual card as that's been deactivated. I've emailed and WhatsApp my complaint to Woolworths, with no reply. You can Imagine that I'm not happy with the service, I have an account but cannot use it.
