Not happy

I got an Sms from Woolworths regarding purchases that will score me a R200.00 credit back on my account, I did the purchases as per the sms I got from them. Now I needed to be credit and now I am getting the run around.

Please can I be assisted as i followed the sms and qualify for the voucher based on the sms terms.
