Not happy

I bought my daughter sandles at Somerset West mall on Wednesday going to eastern cape for the funeral only to find out the paired wrong sizes it was a 5 and 7 I then went to Woolworths in Adderley street with a slip to have this sorted out and I was told you can’t scan both shoes and the transition goes through I must go back because the co ordinates of approval are at Somersert mall like I must spend money to travel to change this shoes for a mistake they made and they made me feel like I was lying when I have a slip which I paid with my bank card............. this is ridiculous
