Not customer friendly

Today is the second or third week I'm waiting for assistance from woolworths..they miss call u don't wait for the call to go to voice-mail so on their end it's like their doing their job when they are not..same like pick n pay and checkers ! And here I am thinking woolworths will be better I can clearly see ul are the same only want money but can't go the extra mile! My store card number is not matching for online that to me is like ***** and its supposed to be given high priority but here I am still waiting for damn assistance
