Northcliff (14th Avenue) Store in state of deterioration

Please could Woolworths urgently intervene at their Northcliff (14th Avenue), Johannesburg store. (1.) Lighting in the dairy and vegetable display cases have been broken for almost 7 weeks. This is not in keeping with a premium retailer. (2.) Very concerningly, management has the overhead heaters turned up to full over the fruit, veg and dairy section of the store. Tomatoes barely last a day, lemons are not reaching their expiration date before withering completely, and my latest experience is a bottle of olive oil (purchased in this section of the store) has gone cloudy after just 7 days. It is ridiculous to have heat blasting onto fresh fruit, vegetables and dairy. (3.) The new merchandisers are very aggressive and unpleasant to deal with. Importantly: they have started a squatter camp in the car parking lot full of belongings and the discounted food they have purchased. This is not in keeping with a lovely neighborhood such as Northcliff.
