NOOOO Woolies

Good morning Woolworths I am so disappointed, I misplaced my Woolies card and have been trying to get though to the financial departments for days I'm now giving up and complaining. I have sat holding on the phone for hours with NO assistance at all. When I complained in the store about it the staff said they have the same problem !!! What is going on Woolworths. Do you want my support or not!! Get your act together, employ more people in the financial department please, your staff need the support too . !! I would love someone to contact me or sent a message where my call will be answered??
