Non existent service

Wanted to order fresh fish (20 hake fillets) for thursday collection. Was Told by the staff this was Impossible. <br> I referred her to the sign right behind her that stated orders could be placed. She just dismissed this and shrugged her shoulders. Told me i could take the fish now. <br> I explained i wanted FRESH fish to be ordered for me and kept aside. This was falling on deaf ears. i requested she call the store manager so they could assist and once again i was very rudely told they out and even out tomrrow... one would assume there was an assistant??? <br> After 5 mins of this most frustrating engagement i stormed out the store. I will not be going to this store EVER and have told all my colleagues (we all work at STD Bank accross the street) of this poor service and almost all of them have had some or other poor service experience in the store. Bring on the new Rosebank Spar that is opening shortly!!!
