Non existent service!

I order food items from Woolworths for delivery between 10am and 1pm today. I can't drive as I've just had surgery. At 3pm today, the goods had not been delivered. I called the customer service team and was advised the driver could no longer deliver today and would deliver tomorrow instead. That does not help me. I asked for a refund and am annoyed at the lack of communication and lack of service. I will rather order from Pick & Pay next time- they are more reliable.
