Non existant customer service

Went shopping on Sunday got there about 15:10. Walking through the store getting the things we need. When we got to the wine isle we decided to get a bottle of wine. While browsing to choose the right one 2 staff members ran towards us saying you cant buy wine anymore, starting to close it up.Understanding the law and checking the time my husband rushed towards the till to pay for the wine so long while we finish the shopping. A white lady at the till just told him sorry you can`t buy it the time is up and our tills automatically cut off. It was 15:30. She didn`t even bother to scan it. When querying this we got attitude. We decided to leave the trolley right there and leave. The wine wasn`t the issue but definitely the attitude. We went to mall@reds where we always have good service, doing our shopping there. Out of curiosity asked them about the policy that the tills cut off at 15:30 and their response was they **** to you if they didn`t close the wine off they should have helped you. Blue Valley will never see us again it`s no wonder the shop is always quiet with customer service like this.
