NON DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDER - 35 days later & still not response!

I ordered clothing online on 16th November & have still not received delivery. I have called the online number at least 10 times & you never get through to a consultant. On my latest attempt i have now been holding on for over 25 minutes. I have mailed them twice & still have absolutely no response. This is absolutely unacceptable from a company that is supposed to be a reputable supplier!
