Non delivery of monthly vouchers

It has been brought to the attention of Woolworths Financial Services on 11 November 2015 that the monthly vouchers coupled with my Black Woolworths credit card has not been issued since October 2015. Since then several promises had been made to rectify the problem. With nothing having been done by end of January 2016 the now very long outstanding problem has once again been brought to their attention. To date this has been totally ignored and this 5 month long problem remains unaddressed.
