Non delivery of Credit card

I app****, and my application was successful. I went to the Rosebank, Johannesburg branch to collect the card. There they had a network issue, and the card was blocked.

I went back to the branch 3 times, and still there is no sign of the card.

I am really don't know how to sort out this issue anymore.
