Noluthando Woolworths Call Centre is Rude

Spoke to Noluthando from Woolworths Financial Services client services I have never dealt with such an insensitive rude human being in my life she speaks to ppl as if we are objects and has no courtesy at all ... I pay my woolworths account very well however I suffered a ******* and i am only behind with 1 payment but the way that Noluthando spoke on the phone no sympathy no nothing just rude and cuts u off
