noise when delivering goods

Firstly... imagine this... The sound of a trucks hooter for almost a full minute just outside your bedroom window? And guess at what time??? 20:45!!!!<br> The truck delivering goods for the Woolworth in Hillcrest boulevard not only makes a noise by speaking at an incredibly High volume... whistling and screaming for the staff in woollies... but also feels the need to lay on his hooter until someone attends to him.<br> This is extremely inconsiderate considering the time of day!!!!<br> Could you please arrange for proper forms of communication between your drivers and recipients so that there is no need for such behaviour!!!!<br> Ask your drivers how they would feel if I blow my hooter outside their home non stop late at night???
