NOBODY RESPONDS TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

Online Shopping Customer Service just do not respond to clients. Since I've been shopping online and I've had the odd complaint I've used the Contact us option. Have voiced my complaint and NOBODY responds!! Extremely bad service Woolies
