NO words - Woolworths so disappointing !!!!

Beyond disappointed! Submitted a complaint over a month ago and to date the matter remains unresolved. I was told by the customer service agent (Melissa Eksteen) to bring the goods in to be assessed. I sent detailed photos of the problem. I don't have the mugs - they all broke due to being washed in the dishwasher. This is unacceptable WOOLWORTHS considering your quality promise and exorbitant prices. I have sent several emails to the shoddy response and to date NO response. (***-***.)
