No Warning sign

My wallet was ****** in eastgate mall. The security was there n she didn't even see the sense of urgency. She said just leave the numbers we will call. I asked if they r looking for this people they said no we will check the camera. They didn't Investigate the matter, there were 2 employees standing there none saw anything. The manager came after 20 minutes saying I'm not the only one. Woolworths didn't warn us that there's people *****ing there. The manager said they r 10 people reporting their ****** goods every week, but we were not warned that our goods are at risk. So my life n those of my children were at risk. So i want my money that i have lost in the wallet due to *********** stuff. The ******** would have been caught if they took action immediately, but the security made excuses about the matter. My cards, money, driver's license and ID gone n she did nothing. Security is always following us how did they not see anything.
