No valentines gift received from Woolworths (online service) almost 3 days later

<p>Was meant to receive my gift on the 14th Feb from Woolies and no 1 came deliver it, when we call the call centre number it just puts us on waiting list and nobody responds to the emails send to them as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>As such, I do not want the gifts anymore and when they come to deliver I will send them back. A refund would be appreciated after this bad service and our day spoiled!</p>
