No trolleys

I was yesterday afternoon at Woolworths in Festiaval Mall Kempton Park to buy some groceries. There was no trolleys to carry the groceries. I asked the assistant for a trolley. Her answer was there are no trolleys available. I asked how do I carry the articles. She just pulled up her shoulders and said I have to carry it. I left without anything because I am 62 and can not carry the things that I wanted to purchase. I am very disappointed in the service! Why do other Woolworths oulets have trolleys?
