No trolleys available

I was so disappointed to find that there were no trolleys at Mega City -Umlazi Woolies. I spent almost 20 min trying to find a trolley so that I can do my shopping. I first asked the guy who was off loading stuff by the aisle if he can get me any help but he just wasn't bothered and said they said they are none. I kept on looking for the trolley around, even asked some coloured lady who works there , who said it will take 45 min for me to get the trolley. Went around the shop to see if I can find a trolley and I asked and indian lady who also apologise and advised me to use a small basket. I then told her that I don't want the basket because it's gonna be heavy and inconvenient for me. eventually after sometime, someone offered me a trolley but by that point I was annoyed and about to leave the store, I then went to Woolworths in Galleria mall. I am so sad that there was no sense of urgency within the stuff, they made it seem acceptable for a customer to wait 45 min to get a trolley before I can do my shopping, I have been in other Woolworths shops and the customer experience is amazing but Mega City store is completely different.
