No to a Woolies Credit Card it just isn’t worth the hassle

I love woolies and am a longstanding customer. As a result of a promotion they were running I app**** for a Woolies credit card…. It has been a nightmare to have the right card issued, to get it set up, understand what benefits I am qualified to get and 6 phone calls later and twice today staff supposed to call me back but haven’t …. In a nutshell there seems to be a lack of understanding that the customer needs the simplest ride possible… the customer should not have to understand the intricacies of the Woolworths credit card management system…the back of house team while very kind don’t seem to be able to resolve all my issues successfully and so I get passed onto yet another consultant and the line inevitably gets cut….Getting a credit card and setting it up from my bank is so simple and quick…. Unless you are prepared to invest a significant amount of time getting your woolies credit card to work for you please don’t be enticed into applying for one.
