No stock in store

Woolworths North Rand Road called the Eldridge Corner branch to check if they had stock for me and once confirmed I was sent there. On arrival there I was told that they do not have the stock and that the system said they had but that they had not checked the floor. However it could have sold out in the 15 minutes it took me to get to the store. I was furious at these point. They then called Faramere who apparently said they have stock so after the store manager who insisted that they had stock gave me direction I went there straight away. Oh my hat they too did not have all the stock. However I dealt with the manager named Isaac who apologized for being messed around by the two previous stores and then proceeded to help me with other items I needed. I was so upset by the blatant lying as Eldridge had not called the store but was sending me on a witch hunt. Isaac who realised how upset I was by this time helped me to calm down with his kindness in assisting me and asking how he could assist me in the future so that the meals I needed for the month would always be there for collecting. Here is what my take is as it took me from 11 till 3 to find 15 meals and only one manager out of 3 took the time to find out what my needs were and how often I come in to buy the meals and other items. I left with contact details and learning more about services that Woolworths ofter their clients. I have been fighting with North Rand Road and Eldridge branches for over a year and it took Faramere manager to assist. Really. I live in Witfield and shop for the elderly. I will rather travel out of my area to where the service is good than be made that upset ever again.
