no stock - bad service

Woolworths starts a promotion on Monday and are then out of stock on the same Monday. Why advertise if you have no stock. Then i go ahead and order the items in stock only to be called this morninga nd advised that they dont have stock of those items as well. REALLY, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!. Then ask to speak to a manager, first response, there is no manager available, eventually after 10 minutes, someone decides to take the call, standard response, i will investigate and get back to you, what a JOKE!!!
