No stock

<p>We've got newborn twins at home and shopping is therefore shopping is a bit more challenging.<br />I've placed a food order on the WW website on 12 June. On 13 June I received a phone call from the Mall of Africa to advise on all the items that were out of stock.<br />How does it happen that such a big branch does not have half a sweet melon? The lady who called me only made an extra effort to replace the 500gram pork bangers (which were out of stock) with 1kg packs after I complained about the bad service. <br />I got billed for the 500g and 1kg packs! Had to call WW to arrange for a refund, still waiting....</p> <p>On 19 June I placed another order only to receive another phone call with an ever so long list of 'out of stock' items!<br />Cancelled the order in totality and asked a friend to rather buy from Crowthorne WW</p> <p>Service is extremely poor, even Pick n Pay orders are more efficient, complete and correct<br />Staff phones with problems but does not offer any solutions<br />in my opinion this service is worthless</p>
