No Statements Received, Now NO Credit Available

The records on my phone kept saying the I have no instalement due, this month and last month. Last month I got an sms saying that my credit is being reduce due to non-payment, the same day I made payment on the account. This month the say thing again. I have not paid payment on the account of this month, please provide me with my instalement for this month and the only thing I ask is for my credit to be increased, with no credit check and things</span></p>
