No statements

I have paid my account up to date and WFS confirmed today.when I requested a manual statement they still refused and said I must wait until the statement run 12-04-2016,but they are very quick to hand me over when the account is behind.please advise on the matter and call me and apologise *** and email [Email Removed] with regards to card number *** and a apology letter today
