No statement for 12 months

My mother has for the last 12months not received her woolworths & credit card statement. Today I received a letter that she missed the December payment which is a lie as I do all her payments as she's been ill most of last year. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to contact your offices as I'm not the account holder and my mother is in hospital so she is unable to do so. Please assist.
