No Slip Refund

The refuse to refund me on my credit card because I do not have my slip. I always buy at the same branch and I always pay with my credit card, They are more than wiling to take my money but now I am forced to take a in store gift card. I want my money back I do not want a gift card. They've taken my money and I want it back.
