No Sign of My Payflex Refund Voucher

Worst Service Ever: I have been taken from pillar to post to get a refund voucher. The worst of it is that the was no effort done by the company and it's courier partner o have the goods delivered to me anyway. After a back and forth with both companies, it was decided that I must get a refund voucher via SMS which I have not received since the 27th of July, despite my calling and emailing almost every second day. When I asked why the same voucher cannot be emailed since I am not receiving it each time they claim they resent it I was told it's "highly impossible"
