No Show for 3 months Depositos as Credits in Woolworths Account!? And no Feedback!!

Attention: Extremely disappointing service from Woolworths. Please be advised—if your account is in credit, statements may not be sent. For the past three months, I’ve made deposits that have kept my account in credit. My bank confirms that each transaction has been processed successfully, yet despite providing all documentation and evidence, Woolworths has continually informed me that the matter is still pending with their finance department. This level of service is highly unprofessional!!
