No service or inadequate service at Woolworths Cafe

Out of the 4 times I’ve dined at the Woolworths Cafe in Hemmingways, they’ve failed to provide adequate service or any service at all to me THREE times, even on days that are not full. There’s no world where it’s acceptable to not take an order of a customer who has been sitting for more than 10 minutes. It’s absolute nonsense at point. If the staff is overworked. They must hire more cooks and waiters.
