No Service for the Disabled -(Attlyn ,Atteridgeville)

I'm a regular shopper at Atteridgeville, Attlyn Mall Phuduhudu and Khoza Street. I have a store card with them for quite sometime now.

As a disable community I feel discriminated against by your systems and processes, just to make our customer experience a thorn in the neck.Everytime after my transaction I will be told signatures are not the same as a store card carrying member. I suffered a stroke. I'm not standing firm when I sign so my signatures cannot be 100% accurate as always. I asked to be let sign on ink or in future consider biometric but was told you only put your signature on paper or no service for you. Then I asked if I don’t have both hands but I'm working and credit worthy therefore I cannot be assisted because I cannot sign on paper not because I cannot afford credit. So my disability denied me access to service. So we being assisted on our disability rather than what we can afford.

However, the cashier (Kekana L) called Zakhele who I think is the manager, made me sign again on top of the receipt and let me go, but narrated to me SASSA grants beneficiaries they have Woolworths store Card and they all sign no matter how old are they, but it didn’t sit well with me as no alternatives to accommodate all clients’ needs, Which means if i loose both hands it mean my relationship with Woolworths its gone end of the road for me.
