No sense of urgency

I'm really disappointed by woolworths financial team . I had app**** for a woolies credit card of which it was approved and handed over to Ccd courier last week and arrangements were made for my credit card to be delivered on the 13th however it still hasn't reached my hands I've been calling woolworths every day however the agents put me on a long hold than drop the call . I've called more than 5 times already.
