No safety Woolworths website

I went to the Woolworths website and ordered a powder for the 30% off the amount R623.00 was deducted from my account .I awaited for a follow up email confirming the order nothing was received ,i called in and spoke to the consultant who tells me the order has not been received and immediately contact my bank as Woolworths website has been created as ***** and request my money back ,as useless as Nedbank is they cannot do anything but freeze the card ,the lady at Woolworths confirmed she will get back to me ,and now I sit here wondering how Woolworths can make an assumption like this without confirming thats what happened , I want my order as the money was deducted for the transaction ,there was even a discounted amount of R247.00 as it was a 30% special , horrible service,
