No rights for your consumers! Not cool

I reject your right to debit my account prior to my instruction date (which aligns with my income received date) I was told you had the right and it was in my signed agreement. Should I wish to change it, you would need 10 days notification with NO flexibility on this. Why then send me your notification 8 days prior to your intention which precludes me from making arrangements to protect my credit, loss of credibility with my bank AND incurring a loss for unpaid debit orders. I know you will not respond to try and assist me because you are the Giant and just another pleb. NOT COOL WOOLIES!
