No returns

Woolworths was absolutely unacceptable with my return item. I brought a pair for high heels which I wore at home for under 10 mins and realised they are a size too big. I went to Woolworths with my receipt in hand and showed I brought these shoes 5 days ago and would like to swap them out for a size smaller. I was meet with attitude and told because the bottom of the shoes are slightly dirty they refuse to take them back. So now I am stuck with a pair of heels which cost R299 because I wore them for under 10 minutes at home. To add salt to injure dealt with a rude manager who was demanding and unhelpful.
