no responseto emails and queries

I have app**** for a woolworths black credit card online and a consultant called me to say that I qualified for 32000 credit limit. I emailed all the bank statements. they claim that they couldn't open them as it should be in pdf format. not sure what type systems they have. I then emailed them about 3 times. there after I emailed them may many times to ask if documents were received. nobody rep**** and its been over a week nobody contacted me. even the service and queries email did not ever reply. don't know what monopoly they playing with customers. its easy, you either decline or approve, but you don't dodge.
