No Response to Queries - 5 months and counting...

I submitted queries to Woolworths Online back in Sept 2014 with no response. After randomly being contacted to ask about the service, I proceeded to resubmit the queries in Oct 2014 and I am still waiting for feedback. What is the point of having a complaints forum if the complaints never get dealt with???
