NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS

I laid a complaint online regarding the Jeffreys Bay Woolworths store on the 6th of Sept but I still haven't heard anything from Woolworths so I take it they don't care much about customer feedback. They should be careful because the same thing happening to PnP will happen to them and before you know it they will have to start closing stores because they don't perform and the standard we expect and pay for....
