No response to complaint

I found a small, sharp object in a bag of Baby Spinach purchased from Woolworths - a metal clip about 1cm in diameter, with a sharp point on each end.<br> <br> I mailed a letter of complaint to Woolworths Head Office, and taped the object to the letter. No acknowledgement, no response, so I emailed to complain about that, too! Still no reply. Very disappointing, Woolworths.
