No response to a complaint to your office

On 14th Feb I sent documents showing that I had not received a discount on a special offer. On 20th Feb I received a query number *** and a request for my cell number which I gave the same day. I sent a further email on 23/03 as no further response was received. This achieved nothing. <br> <br> I cannot understand companies who go to the trouble of allocating a query number then make no effort in ensuring that the queries are resolved.
