No response on my online application

I app**** for online for a loan on the 25th February 2016. I then called and was advised to submit my documents to [Email Removed] I submitted the doucments on the same day and to date i still havent received any answer. Iam currently a Woolworths customers and this is not acceptable at all. I will be closing my Woolworths account this month and i no longer wish to have a loan with Woolworths. I have tried other institution and got feedback immediately.
