No response in over 2 weeks disgusting

no response in over 2 weeks regarding my online application I have app**** on the 3rd already and have mailed everything through and each time I phone they saysmy application is being processed and nothing further I have emailed all required documentation over 6 times already and have e-mailed and called numerous times
